Real Worlds: Blockout
Following the basic planning for the checkpoint, I have been working on the block out, mainly for a part of the bridge and the Hero Building.
The idea here is to create an underpass where vehicles/people would traverse through to progress their journey. This is also a form of defence to possible attacks from the enemy. Typically the checkpoint isn't significantly large nor fully indoors.
Considering that this will be a battlefield, I felt it was best to also implement an alternative route than the typical head on assault. An underpass would be perfect for that sort of thing so I am creating one for the general idea. This would force the CDSP to focus on multiple areas of OPPORTUNITY ATTACKS.
Between a ladder and a staircase, I felt it was beneficial to implement a staircase for soldiers who wished to be on higher ground.
